Who Handles Complaints

All complaints are reviewed by the Clinic Directors.

Response Time

We aim to acknowledge your email within 2–3 business days and follow up as needed.

Process

  • Your complaint will be reviewed and documented
  • We may request further information
  • A response or resolution will be proposed as appropriate

Professional Standards

All our therapists are members of recognised professional bodies, such as the ICP and APPI, and adhere to their codes of ethics.
